Process Automation (SEA) Pte.Ltd. (PALSEA) is a subsidiary of Process Automation International (PAL). PAL Hong Kong, our main headquarter was formed in 1984. In year 1989, PAL moved into the enormous 60,000 sq.ft. custom-built factory in Tai Po. There is where PAL's machines are designed, built, tested and packaged to be delivered, once an order comes in.
As the market grew and response towards PAL's machines was overwhelming, it was time to set up a branch for the South East Asia region.

| 1995 |
PAL (SEA) Sdn Bhd was set up by Mr. John Chau and Mr. E.B. Ho. They are the Technical Director and Marketing Director respectively. Our office is situated in the industrial area of Permas Jaya, Johor.

| 1997 |
The first hoist machine installation in Singapore by PALSEA team.

| 1998 |
We has established PAL office in Philippines to granted the demands towards PAL's machines.

| 2000 |
Later, PAL (SEA) CO.LTD established in Thailand too.

| 2004 |
We has installed the first PAL machine in Vietnam by our PALSEA team.

OUR BUSINESS & ROLE
Initially the main purpose of PALSEA was to serve as a regional office to represent PAL's business in the South East Asia region. It was also to provide after-sales service and follow up on the products and machines. Over the years, our role has evolved into more responsibilities.
Today, PALSEA is the headquarter of our support centers in the South East Asia countries: Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam. PALSEA supports all the sales, service, installation and marketing in the region.
We are proud to say that we have achieved tremendous success and have expanded.
